Bodyform
The standard bodyform for each character comes with a steel rod armature embedded into soft polyfoam. The bodyform is segmented. This allows the form to be posed without bunching up and distorting the foam.
While designing the bodyform, we wanted it to be the most versatile in the industry. Countless hours were invested in the research.
The bodyform separates into two pieces. The torso section slides down into the hip tube, located in the leg section. The two sections are locked into place in the crotch area, with the supplied hardware. This allows the torso to be turned left or right of the hip/legs, then locked into place. This design is unique to the industry and allows for a more realistic product.
The bodyform comes with 2 precision cut steel foot plates. Each foot plate has a metal rod, welded onto it, that stands straight up. There is a steel tube that is within the ankle and heel area of each characters foot. The opening of this tube is at the bottom of each foot. When the foot plates are mounted, the character can be slid over rods on the foot plates, allowing it to stand.
An extra benefit of the bodyform separating into two sections is that it allows the characters to be shipped in smaller boxes, saving you money in shipping costs.
